Dispatch software for chauffeur operators

Your whole operation, on the phone in your pocket.

Drives, drivers, quotes, agreements and who still owes you money — one place, one flat price. Built inside a working fleet by someone who was tired of running a five-vehicle operation out of a group text.

Flat $299 a month up to five vehicles. No per-car fee, no setup fee, no contract.

What it does

Everything between the enquiry and the money landing.

Not a calendar with extra steps. The parts of the job that actually go wrong when you are busy.

01

The day, at a glance

Every drive, every vehicle, every driver. It tells you what is missing before the guest does — no driver, no deposit, no pickup address.

02

Quotes that price themselves

Your rate card, your minimum hours, your travel fees. An enquiry comes in off your website and the quote goes out while you are still driving.

03

Agreements they sign on a phone

Charter agreement, card authorisation, day sheet. Sent as a link, signed with a typed name, stamped and stored. No printer, no PDF round trip.

04

Money you can see

Deposits, balances, who is overdue. Card fees handled honestly so the guest is never surprised and you are never out of pocket.

05

Drivers and paperwork

Licence and medical card expiry, time off checked before anyone is assigned to a day they are away, and the operators you farm work out to.

06

Your name on all of it

Your company, your permit number, your rates, your letterhead. Fill it in once and every document that leaves is yours.

Who built it

An operator built this, in a real fleet, over a real season.

5vehicles it runs every week
1season of real bookings behind it
0features nobody asked for

G Command is the software that runs Napa Valley G Experience, a chauffeur and wine tour operation in Napa, California.

It was not designed in a meeting. Every screen exists because something went wrong on a Saturday — a Sprinter double-booked, a deposit that lived in a text message, a driver put on a day he had already told us he was away.

That is the difference you will feel in the first ten minutes. The people who built the software you are using now have never had a guest standing outside a hotel at 9:45 on a Saturday wondering where the van is.

It is still what we run on. Every booking, every agreement, every dollar. If it broke, we would be the first to know — and we would have fixed it before you noticed.

Price

Flat. Not per vehicle.

Per-car pricing punishes you for growing. Add a Sprinter and your software bill goes up before the van has earned a dollar. We do not do that.

Two months free if you pay for the year. Cancel whenever — your data leaves with you as a spreadsheet, not a hostage negotiation.

Ten vehicles, one monthWhat it costs
Limo Anywhere — about $85–95 a vehicle$850–950
Moovs — about $79 a user, mid tierfrom $395
Yelowsoft — roughly $45–70 a vehicle once modules are added$450–700
G Command Fleet — flat$499

Competitor figures are 2026 published comparisons and vary by negotiation — check your own quote before you switch. The point is not that we are always cheapest. It is that our price does not move when you buy another van.

Straight answers

The things you are already thinking.

I already pay for Limo Anywhere. Why change?

Most operators do not switch because of features. They switch because they are paying for forty of them and using six, on a per-car bill that grows every time they buy a van. If what you have works, keep it. Book the demo anyway and see what you would stop paying for.

You are a small company. What if you disappear?

Fair question and the honest answer is that we run a transportation business too — this software is not a bet we need to win to eat. Your data is yours: export the whole thing to a spreadsheet any day you like, no notice and no call with anybody.

Who can see my bookings?

You, and whoever you give a login to. Every operator gets their own separate database — not a row in a shared table with your competitors. Sign-in is a one-time code to your email, so there is no password to leak.

How long does it take to set up?

We do it, not you. Send your rate card, your vehicles and your drivers and it is standing up the same week. Bring your existing bookings in from a spreadsheet.

Does it do payments?

No, and on purpose. Keep the card processor you already have. We track what is owed, what is paid and what the card fee costs, and we never touch a card number — which is also why there is no payment-processing margin buried in your bill.

Do I need an app from a store?

No. It opens in the browser on your phone, your tablet and your desk. Add it to your home screen and it behaves like any other app.

Twenty minutes, your own rate card.

We will put your prices and a real day from your own book into a live system and you can decide if it beats what you are doing now. No slides.

Or write to Book@nvgexp.com and tell us how many vehicles you run.
